Administration – lease management

Main responsibilities and areas of activity

As part of the Leases team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the following activities, related to the lease of spaces inside the shopping centers:

  • Input signed leases into the management system
  • ensure that rents are applied correctly, including based on ISTAT updates
  • process current billing
  • monitor the status of invoices issued
  • manage the schedule of invoices payable
  • check customer statements
  • send the first payment reminders
  • manage lease guarantees
  • process and pay registration fees
  • assist with the preparation of periodic reports, the budget and revenue statements

Skills & Experience

  • administrative diploma
  • experience, including short-term, in lease/contract administration
  • understanding of accounting standards
  • digital expertise: Office and management software
  • accuracy, reliability and timeliness in the management of deadlines
  • team working


Location: Bologna
