Administration, Financial Reporting and Taxation
Administration and Financial Reporting manages the entire accounting process, including for SIIQ purposes, based on the relative domestic and international standards for all Group companies. The department prepares all mandatory financial reports for the subsidiaries, as well as the listed parent company (interim financial reports, half-year financial report, separate financial statements and consolidated annual report).
Taxation verifies that all the Group companies comply with the law and monitors the relationship with the supervisory authorities, while also working to ensure efficient planning, compliance with periodic obligations and adequate technical support during corporate finance transactions.
Legal & Corporate Affairs and Credit Management
Legal and Corporate Affairs ensures that the Group complies with applicable laws and monitors all aspects of compliance (relative to TUF, the Corporate Governance Code, the 231 Organizational Model, ISO 37001, AGCM Rating / Anti-money laundering provisions, Privacy), while also providing legal assistance and support to all the company’s divisions.
The Credit Management team, together with the Legal and Corporate Affairs Department, ensures an effective credit collection process, during both out-of-court and in-court proceedings, and supports the Commercial team during negotiations.
Contracts and General Services
Contracts takes care of the “core” contract management process (mainly rental agreements and commercial leases) and all the aspects tied to the contracts’ lifecycle (negotiations, drafting, formalization, monitoring, administration). The department analyzes performances and assists all the respective company divisions with periodic planning.
General Services guarantees efficient management of the Group’s general services, particularly with respect to the corporate car fleet and mobile telephony.
Human Resources and Payroll
The HR team ensures that the organizational structure is consistently adequate and in line with the Group’s objectives, coordinating the recruiting, selection, career development & talent management, performance management, merit & salary review processes, as well as related administrative services.
IT
The IT team takes care of the implementation, integration and maintenance of the company IT systems with a view to the continuous digitalization of processes. The team ensures that new technologies capable of facilitating processes and supporting the company’s business over the long-term are adopted, guaranteeing infrastructure and a corporate network which meet the Group’s needs for the highest security standards.
