How do we guarantee that all applicants are taken into consideration?

We are always looking for new talents through a fair and impartial recruiting process, based on objective criteria and with respect for equal opportunities across the board.

In addition to the HR team, the division for which the search is being made is involved throughout the recruiting process.

1. JOB PROFILE
  • Definition of the activities and qualifications needed for the job,  carried out by the division looking for the resource and validated by the HR team.

2. RECRUITING
  • Assessment of any internal candidates, activation of market channels and publication on the Company’s website in the “Work with Us” section .

Alternative/supplementary channels based on the position to be filled are also used: job postings on specialized platforms, head hunting, collaborations with universities and business schools.

3. APPLICATIONS
  • Gathering, analysis and selection of the applicants based on the information found in the resumes submitted.

4. INTERVIEWS
  • Preliminary interview, including remotely, with the HR team. In-depth technical interview with the division requesting the hire and, lastly, an interview with company management.

5. HIRING
  • The candidates interviewed are assessed based on the job requirements, estimated abilities and degree to which the applicant could fill the position.
  • Selection of the candidate who is notified of the offer, developed based on the level of experience and the responsibility that goes with the position.
  • At the time of hire, each new employee also receives and acknowledges receipt of IGD’s Organizational Model and Code of Ethics.
