Resignation of a member of the Board of Directors

IGD – Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione SIIQ S.p.A. announces that today Mr. Sergio Lugaresi has resigned from his office of independent director of the Company due to other professional commitments.

It should be noted that Mr. Lugaresi was also member of the Control and Risk Committee.

As of today Mr.  Lugaresi does not hold IGD shares.

The Company would like to thank Mr. Lugaresi for the high professionalism that he has shown during his office.
