Digital marketing strategist

Job Overview

As part of the Commercial, Marketing and CSR Division, the Digital Marketing Specialist will report directly to the Head of Marketing and CSR and will interface with shopping center management and the marketing and communications agencies.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will continue with the digitalization process that the company began in 2020 and will support all the processes needed to consolidate and strengthen the positioning of IGD shopping centers’ online and omnichannel business, defining the strategies and managing their implementation.

 

Main responsibilities and duties

  • DIGITAL STRATEGY:
    • collaborate on defining the company’s digital marketing strategy, determining the steps needed to be taken in order to implement the strategy and periodically reviewing the results achieved
    • assist Marketing in the search for workable digital innovations for the company
    • identify ways to support drive to store, using available digital tools
    • work with individuals inside and outside the company (retailers, marketing agencies, colleagues from different company divisions) on increasing lead generation
  • CRM:
    • manage the overall system
    • work on clustering
    • assess and manage system development
  • SOCIAL NETWORK:
    • define, together with Marketing, the guidelines and tools to be used to depict the life of the shopping centers on social media (Facebook, Instagram) as effectively as possible
    • propose content consistent with the guidelines defined
    • evaluate the use of any new tools
    • define the KPI to be used to measure and monitor, as well as periodically analyze, the performance of each shopping center, as part of the ongoing relationship with the agency(ies) responsible for the operational management of the tools

 

Skills & Experience

  • college degree, preferably in Communications or Marketing or Economics
  • experience in defining digital marketing strategies and determining the steps needed to implement them
  • understanding of CRM system architecture (preferably Dynamics)
  • experience in lead generation initiatives
  • excellent people skills, team player with experience in managing work groups
  • understanding of the social networks and the relative potential
  • familiarity with the retail world
  • English
