Individual Savings Plans
The Individual Savings Plans (Piani Individuali di Risparmio or PIR) – introduced in the Law no. 232/2016 – are investment vehicles instituted in order to channel savings as medium term investments in Italian businesses, particularly smal and medium sized companies.
Following the approval of the 2018 Budget Law (Law n. 205/2017), real estate companies, such as IGD, are now included in the investment universe of the PIR.
