Publication of the minutes of the 2011 extraordinary AGM and the amended bylaws

In accordance with Consob Resolution n.11971 of 14 May 1999, as amended, and the public disclosure requirements established therein,  IGD – Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione SIIQ S.p.A., (“IGD” or the “Company”), leading owner and manager of retail shopping centers in Italy and listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange,  advises that the minutes of the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on 20 April 2011, in first call, along with the amended corporate bylaws are available upon request at the Company’s registered office, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A.(www.borsaitaliana.it), at CONSOB, as well as published on the Company’s website (www.gruppoigd.it), in the Investors section.
