Accounting and Administrative Assistant

Purpose of the role

As part of the Administrative Division, assist the accounting department of an IGD group company.

 

Responsibilities and daily activities

Assist in the management of the following areas:

  • tax compliance and filings (VAT, income tax, substitute tax, etc.);
  • recording of assets and liabilities;
  • preparation of analytical accounting records;
  • IAS compliant general accounting and financial reporting (quarterly, half-year and annual reports);
  • implementation and monitoring of accounting and administrative procedures;
  • provide the correct information for payment processing;
  • monitoring of assets;
  • periodic administrative reporting.

 

Job requirements

  • Minimum 3-years of experience in administration-accounting
  • Degree in Economics or diploma in administration-accounting
  • Good computer, data analysis and reporting skills
  • Strong teamworking skills

 

Location: Bologna

Expected start date: December 2020
