IGD – Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione SIIQ S.p.A. (“IGD SIIQ”) announces that today the Board of Directors appointed Elio Gasperoni, already a member of the Board of Directors and Vice Chairman of Coop Alleanza 3.0, to act as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors in substitution of Gilberto Coffari who tendered his resignation on 12 April.
