Internship in Technical Asset Management Division

We are looking for a candidate to become a trainee in our Technical Asset Management Division.

The trainee, who will work alongside her company tutor, will be involved in the operational activities of her work group, in a dynamic and stimulating environment.  We are, therefore, looking for someone who is enthusiastic, motivated and proactive.

 

Training goals

The trainee will receive training in the following areas:

  • Supporting Project Management in extraordinary maintenance, budget management, time and quality control of the different initiatives, coordination of the professionals and external consultants.
  • Supporting Facility Management in the management of routine maintenance of IGD’s properties, suppliers, and the related budget.
  • Supporting Pilotage in the coordination of tenant related activities in accordance with IGD’s standards and the relative technical support, the launch of tenders or requests for Fit Out work bids, as well as the relationships with external professionals engaged in order to open locations.

 

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • college degree in Building Engineering/masters in management and enhancement of real estate portfolios;
  • good understanding of English;
  • good understanding of the Office suite;
  • good understanding of Autocad
  • excellent people skills and ability to work as part of a team.

 

Selection of the trainees

After the resumes received are screened, the suitable candidates will be contacted to set up an interview with a specialist from Technical Asset Management and a member of the Human Resources team who will select the trainee.
