A team of experienced managers working to increase IGD’s value

IGD’s operations are headed by a managerial team possessing diversified and complementary expertise, who can count on the professionalism and motivation of dedicated people.

Following the establishment of IGD’s new governance structure in 2024, the company implemented organizational adjustments designed to streamline operations and improve processes, while also working to further develop the strong skills of IGD’s in-house team of talents.  In the first few months of 2025, the reorganization process for the implementation of the 2025-2027 Industrial Plan continued. As part of this reorganisation, “Finance and Treasury” and “Planning, Control, Investor Relations and Sustainability” were merged and placed under the sole responsibility of the newly created position of Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
