Gilberto Coffari and Sergio Costalli reappointed as President and Vice President of the company

Filippo-Maria Carbonari has been reappointed as Managing Director

The Board of Directors of IGD S.p.A. has confirmed Gilberto Coffari and Sergio Costalli respectively as President and Vice President of IGD.

Filippo-Maria Carbonari has been reappointed as Managing Director.

Coffari, Carbonari and Costalli will continue in office until the Shareholder Meeting for the approval of 2008 financial statements.
