Luca Lucaroni appointed as Group CFO

The Board of Directors has appointed Luca Lucaroni to act as Group CFO and Manager with Strategic Responsibilities, with the agreement of the Nomination and Compensation Committee.  Luca Lucaroni brings many years of experience to this role, including at an international level, within the listed retail real estate sector.
