Five shopping centres sold in Romania

IGD has signed, through its subsidiary Win Magazin S.A., a contract for the sale of the “Winmarkt Diana” shopping centre, located in Tulcea, Romania, to a local private investor. This is the fifth disposal completed in 2025, following the sale of Winmarkt Somes in Cluj, Winmarkt Crinul Nou in Alexandria, Winmarkt Central in Vaslui and Winmarkt Oltul in Slatina. With this transaction, the total value of assets in the Romanian portfolio disposed of during 2025 rises to approximately €21.8 million.
