IGD – Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione SIIQ S.p.A. announces that, as of today’s date, it has been made available to the public at the Company’s registered office, on the Company’s website www.gruppoigd.it  – Governance – Shareholders’ Meeting section as well as on the authorised storage mechanism eMarket STORAGE available at the Company’s website www.emarketstorage.com, managed by Teleborsa S.r.l., a new version of the Report on the Remuneration Policy and Compensation Paid published on 28 March 2024, containing a minimal rearticulation of the text limited to paragraphs 1.1.1 and 1.3 of Section II, Part One.
