• Rental income: €131.3 million, +8.4% (LFL Italy +1.7%, Romania +3.1%)
• Core business Ebitda: €94.9 million (+11.6%)
• Market value of the portfolio: €2,178 million (+4.6%)
• EPRA NNNAV per share: €1.29 (+3.2%)
