Notice of payment of dividend for 2025

Please be advised that the Shareholders Annual General Meeting of IGD SIIQ S.p.A. on 16^th April 2026 approved the payment of a dividend for FY 2025 equal to €0.15, per ordinary share. The dividend will be payable as of 6^th May 2026 (with record date 5^th May 2026) – with stocks going ex-dividend n. 8 on 4^th May 2026 – by the authorized intermediaries participating in the centralized management system of Monte Titoli S.p.A..
