Disposal of non-core assets under the 2025-2027 Business Plan progresses

Completed the sale of Winmarkt Petrodava Shopping Center in Piatra Neamt, Romania

IGD – Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione S.p.A. announces that it has completed, through its subsidiary Win Magazin S.A., the sale of the Winmarkt “Petrodova” shopping center located in Piatra Neamț, a town of about 80,000 inhabitants and the administrative centre of the Neamț district, in the historic region of Moldavia

The shopping center is situated in the heart of the city and has a gross leasable area of approximately 6,000 square meters. Its tenant mix includes food, fashion and service operators such as Carrefour Market, Pepco, Stay Fit Gym, as well as MADO, one of the country’s leading fast-food chains.

The transaction was completed with a local investor for a total consideration of €3.1 million.

With the sale of the Piatra Neamț asset, the number of properties sold in Romania reaches 9 out of the 15 originally included in the portfolio, marking further progress in the implementation of our 2025–2027 Business Plan.

The progress in the disposal program has also been recognized by Fitch Ratings, which recently affirmed IGD’s Investment Grade rating at BBB- and upgraded its Outlook from Stable to Positive.

IGD remains focused on its non-core assets disposal plan, with the aim to complete further transactions before the end of the year.

In this sale, IGD was represented by CBRE Romania as exclusive real-estate consultant, and by Dentons as legal advisor.
