Please be advised that in accordance with the law, the Annual Financial Report, the Directors’ Report, the External Auditors Report, the Statutory Auditors Report, the Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure, the
Remuneration Report, for the year ended at 31 December 2011 have been filed at the company’s registered office and at the Italian Stock Exchange (www.borsaitaliana.it) and the documentation can also be found on the company
website at www.gruppoigd.it. The reports by the Board of Statutory Auditors and the external auditors will be
filed by the deadlines set by law.
