In our Shopping Centers, sustainability means, first and foremost, energy efficiency: buildings that are well-managed, less impactful, and more comfortable for everyone. Since 2012, we have been working to reduce the environmental impact of our facilities during construction and renovation, as well as in the day-to-day management. We are actively engaging in the transition to a low-emission economy, including by promoting more sustainable mobility and by raising the awareness of visitors and retailers on responsible behaviour within the Centers. Our commitment is confirmed by the 12 BREEAM certifications and 22 UNI EN ISO 14001 certifications we have already obtained.
