We are a property company, we own and manage properties in Italy and Romania, where we work in the shopping center sector, a constantly evolving sector of primary interest to Italian and international investors. With the IGD Shopping Center Ecosystem, we offer tenants and visitors an integrated environment consisting of services, experiences, and relationships, where business, innovation, and community come together to generate shared value.
We have operations throughout Italy, in 12 of 20 regions, with a greater concentration in Central and Northern Italy, where we manage medium-sized shopping centers with strong roots in their respective catchment areas.
Since 2008, we have also established our presence in Romania through Winmarkt, the country’s leading department store chain, with stores in the historic centers of 11 medium-sized cities. In line with the 2025–2027 Business Plan, we are pursuing a program to dispose of our Romanian assets, while consolidating the Italian portfolio.
As of 30 June 2025, our portfolio was valued at €1.68 billion.

Having entered the SIIQ regime in 2008 as the first Italian real estate company to adopt this model, IGD is still the only company in the retail segment to maintain SIIQ status.
IGD SIIQ S.p.A. is the parent company of the Group and, together with its six subsidiaries, manages and enhances the real estate portfolio, while offering leasing, agency, and facility management services both on its own behalf and on behalf of third parties.
