In November 2024, we approved the 2025-2027 Business Plan, based on the IGD Shopping Center Ecosystem concept, consisting of an innovative and integrated model that guides our future growth.

It is no longer just a matter of managing spaces, but of building genuine long-term partnerships between landlords and tenants, within dynamic, functional and increasingly sustainable, safe, inclusive and accessible environments. With this approach, we want to move beyond the traditional logic of a simple rental contract, offering an ecosystem rich in services, digital tools and shared opportunities.

Not just shopping: beyond retail, shopping centers fulfil a vital social function, addressing community needs and evolving into dynamic venues for events. Through restylings, intensive events programs, cutting-edge technologies, and ongoing dialogue with visitors and tenants, we make each center a vibrant, evolving space, in step with the times and close to people.

Surveys conducted among our visitors show that they are not merely seeking shopping opportunities. In shopping centers, they also wish to find occasions for socializing and leisure, dining venues, and entertainment. We are looking for ever better ways to respond to this demand and promote genuine shopping experiences.
