IGD WITHDRAWS FROM THE CONTRACT WITH S&P GLOBAL RATINGS

Today, IGD – Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione SIIQ S.p.A. notified S&P Global Ratings of its decision to withdraw from the existing contract regarding the ratings assigned to the Company.  At the time of the withdrawal, IGD was rated BB with a positive outlook.
