(\u201cIGD\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) announces today the settlement of the Exchange Offer, disclosed to the market on 18 April 2013 (the \u201cExchange Offer\u201d), addressed to the holders of the outstanding \u201c\u20ac 230,000,000 3.50 per cent. Convertible Bonds due 2013\u201d (ISIN: XS0301344940) issued by the Company (the \u201cConvertible Bonds\u201d) having as consideration senior unsecured fixed rate notes \u201c\u20ac 144,900,0004.335 per cent. Notes due 7 May 2017\u201d (the \u201cNew Notes\u201d).
