(\u201cIGD\u201d) announces that on December 3, 2013 Euro 135 Million has been drawn under the mortgage loan granted by BNP Paribas, Succursale Italia, the execution of which had already been announced to the market on November 27, 2013.<\/p>\n<p class=\" text-justify\">In compliance with the provisions of the mortgage loan agreement, on December 3, 2013, the real estate portfolios \/ going concerns involved in the mortgage loan have been transferred by way of contribution to IGD Property SIINQ S.p.A. (\u201cIGD SIINQ\u201d) \u2013 a company fully owned by IGD \u2013 with the simultaneous undertaking by IGD SIINQ of the relevant indebtedness, including the indebtedness arisen from the mortgage loan, with no release of IGD.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione SIIQ S.p.A.
