{"id":67361,"date":"2025-12-16T08:41:36","date_gmt":"2025-12-16T07:41:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gruppoigd.it\/?p=67361"},"modified":"2025-12-16T08:46:36","modified_gmt":"2025-12-16T07:46:36","slug":"disposals-in-romania-continue","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gruppoigd.it\/en\/disposals-in-romania-continue\/","title":{"rendered":"Disposals in Romania continue"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>IGD \u2013 Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione S.p.A. announces that its subsidiary Win Magazin S.A. has executed the sale agreement for the &#8220;Winmarkt Diana&#8221; shopping centre in the Romanian city of Tulcea (over 65,000 inhabitants, 300 km east of Bucharest), to a local private investor.<\/p>\n<p>The shopping centre, a leader in its catchment area, is fully leased and features 27 stores, including key tenants such as Fraher Market, H&amp;M, Flanco, Pepco, Orange, and Lensa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The overall consideration of the sale is approximately \u20ac5.6 million, in line with its book value.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The cost of any technical adaptation works will be borne by the seller.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of this transaction, the <strong>total value of the Romanian portfolio assets sold during 2025<\/strong> rises to approximately <strong>21.8<\/strong><strong> million euros.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The sale of the \u201cWinmarkt Diana\u201d centre allows us to close 2025 with disposals exceeding the targets set for the year.
