IGD \u2013 Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione S.p.A. announces the signing by its subsidiary, Win Magazin S.A., of a contract for the sale to a private investor of its Romanian shopping center, which is a leader in its catchment area.<\/p>\n
The \u201cWinmarkt Oltul\u201d center is located in Slatina, a city of over 78,000 inhabitants, approximately 180 kilometres west of Bucharest. It is fully leased and houses 22 stores, including key tenants such as Carrefour Market, B&B Collection and Kendra.<\/p>\n
