The recognition underscores <strong>IGD\u2019s ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, transparent, and accessible financial communication<\/strong> to all the Company\u2019s stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201c<strong>EPRA sBPR Gold Award<\/strong>\u201d was granted based on an evaluation by JLL of 162 European real estate companies. It confirms IGD\u2019s strong performance and consistency in ESG reporting, as well as its effective integration of sustainability into the company\u2019s overall strategy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Since its stock market listing, IGD has been a member of EPRA<\/strong> (European Public Real Estate Association), the leading European real estate association with over 280 members, representing more than \u20ac880 billion in real estate assets and 95% of the FTSE EPRA\/NAREIT Europe Index market capitalization. Founded in 1999, EPRA is a non-profit organization based in Belgium.
