The role involves identifying and implementing evolutionary changes, troubleshooting and providing technical support to system users.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Main responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the analysis of new requirements and the implementation of evolutionary changes.<\/li>\n<li>Interface with external partners and consultants for the configuration and customisation of modules and financial reporting, according to business needs.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and maintain the MS Business Central system, with particular focus on the needs of the accounting department.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical support to internal users to solve problems related to MS Business Central.<\/li>\n<li>Help identify system errors and malfunctions, implementing effective solutions together with the system integrator.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that the integration with other company systems works properly.<\/li>\n<li>Create and update technical documentation and user manuals for system users.<\/li>\n<li>Work with the Accounting team to prepare reports and analysis in relation to business trends, including analysis of variances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Job requirements:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or related disciplines;<\/li>\n<li>Experience: at least 3 years of experience as a key user for ERP systems (finance module), with particular emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central;<\/li>\n<li>Technical Skills:\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of MS Business Central, mainly related to general accounting and cost accounting;<\/li>\n<li>Skills in analysing and troubleshooting ERP systems;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of the Office package, in particular Excel;<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of general accounting;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal Skills:\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external users;<\/li>\n<li>Aptitude for problem solving and ability to work independently and in a team;<\/li>\n<li>Proactivity;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Bologna<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Interested parties are asked to kindly submit their applications by clicking on the link provided below<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job overview Actively collaborates in the management, maintenance and optimisation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (MS BC) system, with the specific focus on supporting the company&#8217;s administrative and accounting activities.
