(\u201cIGD<\/strong>\u201d or the \u201cCompany<\/strong>\u201d) announces that, in view of the Ordinary Shareholders\u2019 Meeting called on 1 June 2018 in first call, and, if necessary, in second call on 4 June 2018, to resolve upon \u2013 inter alia<\/em> \u2013 the appointment of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditor of the Company, a group of asset management companies (duly entitled according to the law and the By-laws) filed on 3 May 2018 the following slates of candidates for the renewal of both the Bodies.<\/p>\n
