Purpose of the role<\/h3>\n

Guarantee Health, Safety & Environment operations relating, specifically, to the control and support of the shopping center networks and the relative reporting; take care of the strategic management of energy and the efficiencies implemented; support the Group certification activities, relating to both the environment and safety, as well as the efficiency activities\/ESG implementation specific to the real estate portfolio.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Responsibilities and duties<\/h3>\n

Participate in the promotion and strengthening of the HSE culture, contribute to identifying the HSE roles, duties and activities, while also working on planning and managing training.<\/p>\n

Ensure that the activities related to the following are managed correctly.<\/p>\n

Safety:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. guarantee services, including through outside providers (HSM);<\/li>\n
  2. manage the HSE portal;<\/li>\n
  3. guarantee the follow-up relative to any NC findings and observations made during the periodic inspections;<\/li>\n
  4. participate in the periodic meetings with shopping center managers;<\/li>\n
  5. prepare the safety reports for the Safety Managers and the Supervisory Board;<\/li>\n
  6. guarantee periodic specialized training.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Environment: <\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. monitor the status of waste permits (any changes\/transfers, fulfillment of any obligations, etc.);<\/li>\n
    2. monitor any GE law compliance audits;<\/li>\n
    3. support ISO 14001 certification, as well as other environmental certifications (Breeam, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Health:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. support the Group \u201cBio SafetyTrust\u201d certification;<\/li>\n
      2. manage the activities relating to health.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Energy:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. manage the purchase of energy from energy providers;<\/li>\n
        2. support Asset Management and the ESG personnel in the preparation of the portfolio\u2019s energy efficiency plans.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

          Job requirements<\/h3>\n
            \n
          1. college degree, preferably in engineering or H&S, Energy & Environment<\/li>\n
          2. at least 3-5 years of experience in similar positions<\/li>\n
          3. great understanding of Legislative Degree 81\/2008 as a result of specific, documented training<\/li>\n
          4. excellent digital skills (Office 365 and H&S portals)<\/li>\n
          5. good analytical and synthesis, Planning, Reporting, and Problem-Solving skills, as well as results driven,<\/li>\n
          6. strong communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
