Our main business is the management and rental of the entire portfolio which comprises both freehold and leasehold properties.<\/p>\n<p>We are currently looking for a <strong>Legal Counsel\u00a0<\/strong>to include in Gruppo IGD\u2019s Corporate and Legal Affairs Division at our headquarters in Bologna.<\/p>\n<p>The position provides the opportunity to work in a stimulating environment and gain understanding of both the legal and compliance issues tied to the Company\u2019s business, as well as the regulations governing listed companies.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Main responsibilities and activities<\/h3>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>Legal Counsel\u00a0<\/strong>is involved in the following activities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>preparation of standard legal documentation (procurement agreements, commercial contracts, business unit leases and leases);<\/li>\n<li>preparation of contracts for both routine and one-off real estate, commercial, marketing and financial transactions;<\/li>\n<li>management of disputes and updating of internal reports;<\/li>\n<li>management of subsidiaries\u2019 corporate obligations (Board of Directors, Shareholders\u2019 Meetings&#8230;.);<\/li>\n<li>management of compliance with the Supervisory Authorities\u2019 corporate obligations;<\/li>\n<li>expressing opinions on issues relating to civil, corporate, commercial and administrative law, etc.;<\/li>\n<li>examining, analyzing and studying legal texts and monitoring regulatory changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Skills &amp; Experience<\/h3>\n<p>The ideal candidate possesses:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a law degree and at least 5 years of experience in other real estate companies and\/or listed companies or in qualified law firms;<\/li>\n<li>a good understanding of legal concepts, as well as real estate\/commercial and corporate contracts;<\/li>\n<li>expertise in domestic and international contracts;<\/li>\n<li>knowledge in the field of compliance;<\/li>\n<li>good understanding of IT;<\/li>\n<li>excellent English language skills, both written and spoken;<\/li>\n<li>good communication and people skills, ability to negotiate;<\/li>\n<li>the ability to manage priorities and use time effectively;<\/li>\n<li>detail oriented and analytical;<\/li>\n<li>a team player;<\/li>\n<li>accurate and able to focus on substantive, as well as formal aspects;<\/li>\n<li>reliable, with a great sense of responsibility;<\/li>\n<li>goal oriented;<\/li>\n<li>flexible and capable of managing stress.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Bologna<\/p>\n<p><strong>Date job offer published<\/strong>: 30\/09\/2022<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Interested parties are asked to kindly submit their applications by clicking on the link provided below or by writing to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:ufficio.personaleigd@gruppoigd.it\">ufficio.personaleigd@gruppoigd.it<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job overview We are a listed real estate investment company (SIIQ or REIT) which owns shopping centers (in Italy and Romania).
