{"id":32946,"date":"2021-02-10T17:04:42","date_gmt":"2021-02-10T16:04:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gruppoigd.it\/?p=32946"},"modified":"2021-02-10T17:04:42","modified_gmt":"2021-02-10T16:04:42","slug":"temporary-clerk-contracts-department","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gruppoigd.it\/en\/temporary-clerk-contracts-department\/","title":{"rendered":"Temporary Clerk &#8211; Contracts Department"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Purpose of the role<\/h3>\n<p>Support the team during the credit collection process in the pre-litigation phase.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities and daily activities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Begin credit collection processes in accordance with commercial and financial policies;<\/li>\n<li>Manage the schedule of accounts receivable;<\/li>\n<li>Verify that the accounting entries are correct;<\/li>\n<li>Check the payments made by Tenants in specific bank accounts;<\/li>\n<li>Provide the Commercial Network with information relating to the Tenants\u2019 overdue accounts in order to prevent\/carry out any adjustments in a timely manner;<\/li>\n<li>Work on procedures used to solicit and remind Tenants of overdue payments;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and monitor repayment plans;<\/li>\n<li>Generate reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Job requirements:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent understanding of general accounting, petty cash vouchers, double entry accounting and the functioning of the accounts;<\/li>\n<li>Accounting diploma (\u201cDiploma Ragioneria\u201d);<\/li>\n<li>Excellent people, communication and organizational skills;<\/li>\n<li>Strong teamworking skills;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent understanding of the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Type of Employment Contract<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>6-month temporary contract;<\/li>\n<li>Gross annual salary and job classification will be in line with the candidate\u2019s expertise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> Bologna<\/p>\n<p><strong>Expected start date: <\/strong>by March 2021<\/p>\n<p><strong>Date job offer published<\/strong>: 08\/02\/2021<\/p>\n<p><strong>Date job offer expires<\/strong>: 31\/03\/2021<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Interested parties are asked to kindly submit their applications by clicking on the link provided below or by writing to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:ufficio.personaleigd@gruppoigd.it\">ufficio.personaleigd@gruppoigd.it<\/a>.
