(\u201c<strong>IGD<\/strong>\u201d or the \u201c<strong>Company<\/strong>\u201d), pursuant to condition 7(c) (Redemption at the option of the Issuer) of the terms and conditions of the notes denominated \u201c\u20ac300,000,000 2.500 per cent. Notes due 31 May 2021\u201d (ISIN: XS1425959316) (the \u201cNotes\u201d), currently outstanding for an aggregate principal amount equal to Euro 70,793,000, today has published a notice addressed to the holders of the Notes informing that the Company exercised its option to early redeem the Notes. Accordingly, the Notes will be redeem in full on 1 March 2021. Following such redemption, the Notes will be cancelled.
