{"id":31481,"date":"2020-09-29T09:27:53","date_gmt":"2020-09-29T07:27:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gruppoigd.it\/?p=31481"},"modified":"2020-09-29T09:27:53","modified_gmt":"2020-09-29T07:27:53","slug":"senior-leasor-central-southern-italy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gruppoigd.it\/en\/senior-leasor-central-southern-italy\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Leasor Central-Southern Italy"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Purpose of the role<\/h3>\n<p>As part of the leasing team, manage all pre-letting\/marketing activities in the relative area consistent with the targets assigned.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities and daily activities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Study each specific market context by analyzing competitors and conducting market research in order to understand local demand.<\/li>\n<li>Define the target merchandise and tenant mix.<\/li>\n<li>Leasing activities: scouting and meetings with tenants (international, domestic and local) with a view to pre-letting the malls (both about to open and already operational): selecting and proposing locations inside one or more shopping centers, as well negotiating the main contractual clauses, terms and conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate store fit out work to be done as needed with the technical division.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the revenues of the shopping centers assigned and prepare periodic reports.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze the sustainability of the tenants\u2019 p&amp;l in the malls assigned.<\/li>\n<li>Work with the legal department on delinquent rent recovery.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate management of the tenant relationships (common charges, credits, compliance with shopping center regulations) and analysis of the mall performances with the shopping center network.<\/li>\n<li>Innovation: focus on innovative services and tenants in order to increase the centers\u2019 appeal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Job requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years\u2019 experience in this role, focused on the retail real estate sector<\/li>\n<li>Target driven \u201cvisionary\u2019 with strong people, communication and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent IT, data analysis and reporting skills<\/li>\n<li>College degree or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>English<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel domestically<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gruppoigd.it\/chi-siamo\/overview\/dove-siamo\/\">Bologna<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Expected start date: <\/strong>by December\u00a02020<\/p>\n<p><strong>Date job offer published:\u00a0<\/strong>28\/09\/2020<\/p>\n<p><strong>Date job offer expires:\u00a0<\/strong>31\/12\/2020<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Interested parties are asked to kindly submit their applications using the form accessible through the link provided below or by writing directly to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:ufficio.personaleigd@gruppoigd.it\">ufficio.personaleigd@gruppoigd.it<\/a>.
