{"id":31426,"date":"2020-09-25T09:20:40","date_gmt":"2020-09-25T07:20:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gruppoigd.it\/?p=31426"},"modified":"2020-10-15T16:36:31","modified_gmt":"2020-10-15T14:36:31","slug":"junior-legal-specialist","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gruppoigd.it\/en\/junior-legal-specialist\/","title":{"rendered":"Junior legal specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Purpose of the role<\/h3>\n<p>Assist the company divisions, particularly the Commercial Division, with the management of every legal aspect, including credit collection and the recovery of company premises.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities and daily activities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the Legal Department, supporting the Commercial Division with the negotiation and preparation of contracts and\/or general correspondence.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate on the preparation of GDPR compliant contracts and agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the preparation of procedures relating to credit management, litigation and alternative dispute resolution, taking all steps deemed necessary and opportune in this regard (drafting of settlement agreements, repayment plans, framework agreements and private deeds, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the monitoring of legal matters entrusted to and to be entrusted to outside counsel.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare periodic reports and manage the digital filing of the documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Job requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate of Arts degree in legal studies<\/li>\n<li>1-3 years\u2019 experience in the legal field, preferably in a structured organization<\/li>\n<li>Fluent English<\/li>\n<li>Excellent IT schools<\/li>\n<li>Strong teamworking skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gruppoigd.it\/chi-siamo\/overview\/dove-siamo\/\">Bologna<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Expected start date: <\/strong>October\u00a02020<\/p>\n<p><strong>Date job offer published: <\/strong>23\/09\/2020<\/p>\n<p><strong>Date job offer expires: <\/strong>15\/10\/2020<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Interested parties are asked to kindly submit their applications by clicking on the link provided below or by writing to <a href=\"mailto:ufficio.personaleigd@gruppoigd.it\">ufficio.personaleigd@gruppoigd.it<\/a>.
