{"id":26311,"date":"2020-02-19T08:59:57","date_gmt":"2020-02-19T07:59:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gruppoigd.it\/?p=26311"},"modified":"2021-06-23T10:04:56","modified_gmt":"2021-06-23T08:04:56","slug":"assistant-project-manager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gruppoigd.it\/en\/assistant-project-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Assistant Project Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Purpose of the role<\/h3>\n<p>Provide support to Project and Asset Management throughout all the activities carried out to prepare for and achieve the division\u2019s goals.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities and daily activities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>process the purchase requests based on the purchase orders for each area of investment with a view to completing the internal approval procedure;<\/li>\n<li>assist the P.M. in monitoring the budget for Capex (extraordinary maintenance) and fitouts (relative to stores);<\/li>\n<li>assist with controlling and obtaining documents from the contractors and\/or outside consultants;<\/li>\n<li>assist with the preparation and drafting of service and\/or procurement contracts based on the approved company standards;<\/li>\n<li>carry out targeted inspections of work sites, where necessary;<\/li>\n<li>assist with any and all other activities carried out by Project and Asset Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Job requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Undergraduate degree in Construction Engineering;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage processes and projects;<\/li>\n<li>Good communication, problem solving and teamworking skills;<\/li>\n<li>English;<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of MS Office and AUTOCAD;<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to relocate;<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience, even brief, in an engineering and\/or construction firm preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Type of contract:<\/strong>\u00a0fixed time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> Bologna, Via Trattati Comunitari Europei 1957-2007, n. 13<\/p>\n<p><strong>Expected start date: <\/strong>June\u00a02020<\/p>\n<p><strong>Date job offer published<\/strong>: 17\/02\/2020<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job offer expiration date<\/strong>: 15\/06\/2020<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Interested parties are asked to kindly submit their applications by clicking on the link provided below.
