{"id":26268,"date":"2020-02-07T10:37:06","date_gmt":"2020-02-07T09:37:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gruppoigd.it\/?p=26268"},"modified":"2020-07-31T12:18:46","modified_gmt":"2020-07-31T10:18:46","slug":"leasing-internship","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gruppoigd.it\/en\/leasing-internship\/","title":{"rendered":"Leasing Internship"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Role description<\/h3>\n<p>The internship provides the opportunity to understand and support leasing activities (marketing of the shopping center spaces), with the constant support of a tutor, a \u201cSenior Leasor\u201d, through training and experience in the following areas:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding the company and the reference shopping center market in Italy and abroad;<\/li>\n<li>Shopping center basics: management, marketing and communications;<\/li>\n<li>How the commercial division works: activities and goals;<\/li>\n<li>Catchment Area Analysis of IGD\u2019s shopping centers and its main competitors;<\/li>\n<li>Analysis and creation of a shopping center\u2019s merchandising mix;<\/li>\n<li>Study of freehold and leasehold mall mapping;<\/li>\n<li>Analysis and implementation of the tenant contact data base;<\/li>\n<li>Contract basics and techniques;<\/li>\n<li>In depth analysis of economic offers and contract elements;<\/li>\n<li>Reports used in the Commercial Division\u2019s principle activities;<\/li>\n<li>Analysis of tenant and shopping center performances;<\/li>\n<li>Support of the marketing activities:<br \/>\n1. Scouting new tenants;<br \/>\n2. Research of new trends;<br \/>\n3. Initial contacts;<br \/>\n4. Sending economic offers;<br \/>\n5.
