C) of the \u201cRegulation of the Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.\u201d approved the 2005 financial calendar summed up as follow:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>11 March 2005: \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Board of Directors to approve the draft financial statements at 31\/12\/2004<\/p>\n<p>28 April 2005\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Shareholders\u2019 Meeting to approve the financial statements at 31\/12\/2004<\/p>\n<p>12 May 2005: \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Board of Directors to approve the 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0quarter 2005 results<\/p>\n<p>8 September 2005:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Board of Directors to approve the 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0half results at 30\/6\/2005<\/p>\n<p>10 November 2005: \u00a0\u00a0 Board of Directors to approve the 3<sup>rd<\/sup>\u00a0quarter 2005 results<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Should intervene subsequent changes in this regard, the company reserves the right to report them promptly in the usual manner.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>IGD, pursuant to art. 2.6.2, 1\u00b0 paragraph, lett.
