{"id":17531,"date":"2005-10-31T17:31:13","date_gmt":"2005-10-31T16:31:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gruppoigd.it\/rettificata-la-valutazione-del-fair-value-della-gestione-finanziaria-della-relazione-semestrale-al-30-giugno-2005-consolidata-approvata-il-28-settembre-2005\/"},"modified":"2019-01-15T12:49:22","modified_gmt":"2019-01-15T11:49:22","slug":"rettificata-la-valutazione-del-fair-value-della-gestione-finanziaria-della-relazione-semestrale-al-30-giugno-2005-consolidata-approvata-il-28-settembre-2005","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gruppoigd.it\/en\/rettificata-la-valutazione-del-fair-value-della-gestione-finanziaria-della-relazione-semestrale-al-30-giugno-2005-consolidata-approvata-il-28-settembre-2005\/","title":{"rendered":"Adjusted the fair value assessment of financial operations of the consolidated half-yearly report at June 30 2005, approved on September 28 2005"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\" text-justify\">The Board of Directors of IGD S.p.A., a company listed on the S.T.A.R. segment of the Italian Stock\u00a0Exchange, operating in the retail real estate sector, today re-examined the consolidated half-yearly\u00a0report at June 30 2005, approved on September 28 2005.<\/p>\n<p class=\" text-justify\">Said review proved necessary in order to adjust a material error concerning the fair value assessment\u00a0of financial operations, required by the new IAS\/IFRS accounting standards.<\/p>\n<p class=\" text-justify\">As a result of said adjustment, the consolidated income statement at June 30 2005 shows pre-tax\u00a0results of 28.7 million euros (instead of 31.6 million euros), net profit of 17.7 million euros (instead of\u00a019.7 million euros) and an increase of 3.5 million euros (instead of 5.5 million euros) compared to the\u00a0consolidated economic result at June 30 2004.
