{"id":17194,"date":"2006-05-12T15:33:33","date_gmt":"2006-05-12T13:33:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gruppoigd.it\/il-consiglio-di-amministrazione-approva-la-relazione-trimestrale-al-31-marzo-2006\/"},"modified":"2019-01-14T15:43:37","modified_gmt":"2019-01-14T14:43:37","slug":"il-consiglio-di-amministrazione-approva-la-relazione-trimestrale-al-31-marzo-2006","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gruppoigd.it\/en\/il-consiglio-di-amministrazione-approva-la-relazione-trimestrale-al-31-marzo-2006\/","title":{"rendered":"The Board of Directors approves the Quarterly Report as 31 March 2006"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><strong>Value of production at \u20ac 13,94 million (up 7,41%)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Gross Operating Margin (EBITDA) at \u20ac 8,85 million (up 4,33%)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Operating Result (EBIT) at \u20ac 12,09 million (up 57,98%)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Pre-tax result at \u20ac 10,96 million (up 76,91%)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\" text-justify\">The Board of Directors of IGD S.p.A. &#8211; company listed in the STAR division of the Italian Stock Exchange, operating in the retail real estate sector &#8211; met today to examine figures for the first quarter of 2006, which proved to be growing and in keeping with the forecast announced to the financial community.<\/p>\n<p class=\" text-justify\">Specifically, the first quarter of 2006 came to a close with a value of production equal to \u20ac 13,94 million, increasing by 7,41% compared to \u20ac 12,98 million for the first quarter of 2005 and in line with the objectives of the business plan.<\/p>\n<p class=\" text-justify\">The Gross Operating Margin (EBITDA) was equal to \u20ac 8,85 million, basically in line with \u20ac 8.49 million as at 31.03.05.
