{"id":14892,"date":"2008-12-30T14:48:49","date_gmt":"2008-12-30T13:48:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gruppoigd.it\/acquisita-la-galleria-del-centro-commerciale-gran-rondo-a-crema\/"},"modified":"2018-10-16T19:50:11","modified_gmt":"2018-10-16T17:50:11","slug":"acquisita-la-galleria-del-centro-commerciale-gran-rondo-a-crema","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gruppoigd.it\/en\/acquisita-la-galleria-del-centro-commerciale-gran-rondo-a-crema\/","title":{"rendered":"IGD SIIQ S.p.A. acquires the Gran Rond\u00f2 Shopping Mall in Crema"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\" text-justify\">IGD SIIQ S.p.A., a retail real estate firm listed in the STAR segment of the Milan Stock Exchange, has acquired the property used for the shopping mall and the offices located in the Grand Rondo\u2019 Shopping Center in Crema.<\/p>\n<p class=\" text-justify\">The total investment amounts to \u20ac 52.3 million, \u20ac29.3 million or 55% of which IGD SIIQ paid today. The remainder will be paid on 30\/12\/2011.
