{"id":14693,"date":"2009-12-02T10:35:57","date_gmt":"2009-12-02T09:35:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gruppoigd.it\/apre-a-isola-dasti-un-nuovo-centro-commerciale\/"},"modified":"2018-10-11T10:36:08","modified_gmt":"2018-10-11T08:36:08","slug":"apre-a-isola-dasti-un-nuovo-centro-commerciale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gruppoigd.it\/en\/apre-a-isola-dasti-un-nuovo-centro-commerciale\/","title":{"rendered":"A new shopping center opens in Isola d&#8217;Asti"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>45 million of euro invested<\/h4>\n<p class=\" text-justify\">Tomorrow, December 3rd, Igd Siiq, one of the key players in the Italian retail real estate sector and listed on the Star segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, will open the \u201cI Bricchi\u201d Shopping Center in \u00a0Isola d\u2019Asti, Piedmont inside of which it owns a mall with a total GLA of 18,220 m<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0comprised of 25 stores, a medium sized indoor area and five medium sized external facilities.\u00a0 The center also has an important grocery anchor thanks to the presence of a 6,535 m<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0hypermarket belonging to the operator Il Gigante.<\/p>\n<p>The total investment will be \u20ac45 million.<\/p>\n<p>22 businesses will be opening and Igd expects to let the remaining spaces by first half 2010.<\/p>\n<p class=\" text-justify\">The I Bricchi Center is off the A33 Asti-Cuneo Motorway near the Isola d\u2019Asti exit.
