{"id":14426,"date":"2010-04-15T17:35:49","date_gmt":"2010-04-15T15:35:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gruppoigd.it\/siglato-il-contratto-preliminare-per-lacquisizione-del-10-di-win-magazine-sa\/"},"modified":"2018-10-08T11:36:15","modified_gmt":"2018-10-08T09:36:15","slug":"siglato-il-contratto-preliminare-per-lacquisizione-del-10-di-win-magazine-sa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gruppoigd.it\/en\/siglato-il-contratto-preliminare-per-lacquisizione-del-10-di-win-magazine-sa\/","title":{"rendered":"The IGD Group: preliminary agreement signed for the purchase of the 10% of Win Magazine SA"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><strong>IGD, through its subsidiary Larice S.r.l., already controls \u00a090% of \u00a0Win Magazine SA<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The transaction value of the 10% amounts to \u20ac21 million<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The closing should take place not before 30 April 2010<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Win Magazine SA was consolidated 100% in the IGD Group\u2019s consolidated financial statements at \u00a031 December 2009 due to a put &amp; call option on the minority interest of 10% and, therefore, the transaction will not have a material impact the Group\u2019s net financial position\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\" text-justify\">IGD \u00a0&#8211; Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione SIIQ S.p.A., a company active in the retail real estate sector and listed on the Star segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, announces that today it has signed a preliminary agreement for the purchase of the remaining 10% Win Magazine S.A.\u2019s share capital from Investitori &amp; Partner Immobiliari S.p.A.<\/p>\n<p class=\" text-justify\">Immobiliare Larice S.r.l., a wholly-controlled subsidiary of IGD SIIQ S.p.A., already controlled 90% of Win Magazine S.A. and this equity investment was consolidated 100% in the IGD Group\u2019s financial statements at 31 December 2009 due to a put &amp; call option on the minority interest of 10% exercisable in the period 01\/04\/2011-30\/09\/2011.
