The third shopping center held by RGD (Ferrara \u201cDarsena City\u201d, worth approximately \u20ac 44 million) will continue to be owned 50\/50 with Beni Stabili.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The price of the stake was determined on the basis of the valuation\u00a0 made by the independent appraiser CBRE at 30 November 2010.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The transaction will result in an improvement in IGD\u2019s net financial position of approximately \u20ac 65 million.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"testo\">\n<div class=\"body\">\n<p class=\" text-justify\">\n<p class=\" text-justify\">Today IGD &#8211; Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione SIIQ S.p.A. (\u201cIGD\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), leading owner and manager of retail shopping centers in Italy and listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, announces to have signed an agreement (the \u201dAgreement\u201d) for the disposal of two of the three shopping centers held by RGD, through the sale of the stake (50%) in the latter.<\/p>\n<p class=\" text-justify\">The price of the stake, approximately \u20ac 59 million, was determined based on RGD Group\u2019s consolidated net equity and the independent appraiser CBRE\u2019s valuation at 30 November 2010, which amounted to\u00a0 \u20ac148\u00a0 million approximately.<\/p>\n<p class=\" text-justify\">The third shopping center held by RGD \u00a0will continue to be owned 50\/50 with Beni Stabili.
