In 2015 we completed our second work environment survey. The first one was conducted in 2011.
We used this tool to gather, through anonymous questionnaires, comments and opinions about the company’s organization and the work environment, the position held and the level of satisfaction with being part of the company, in order to understand strong and weak points with a view to taking the steps needed to address the latter.
The level of participation in the survey was very high with 85.1% of the employees responding to the questionnaires sent. This is a significant number for this type of survey which testifies to a constructive, proactive environment.
The results show a high level of satisfaction for IGD employees with the Employee Satisfaction Index (ESI) coming in at 70.1% compared to 64.6% in the previous survey.
