JOB PROFILE
Definition of the activities and requirements of the role sought, carried out by the reference Function and validated by Human Resources.
RECRUITING
After analysis of internal resources, search in the database of applications and activation of market channels.
All research is published on our web site in the “work with us” area.
Other channels are evaluated based on the position: collaborations with Universities and Masters, job posting on specific sites, head hunters.
CURRICULUM
Collection, analysis and choice of candidates who, based on the curriculum, best cover the role sought.
JOB INTERVIEW
Structured interviews, including digital, with the Human Resources team.
General and technical insights in person, with the function and the company management.
HIRING
Match between professional profiles and requirements sought, estimate of skills and degree of coverage of the position. Choice of candidacy and communication of the proposal, elaborated on the basis of responsibility and experience necessary for the position.
Sending the employment contract, including acceptance of the Organizational Model and the IGD Code of Ethics.
